Found FR sometime in 1996. I found FR right around when Bubba's shit with ML made the news.
I searched Yahoo for a pic of Monica Lewinsky and The Drudge Report came up.
I scrolled thru that page, for the 1st time, and saw "Whitewater Files", clicked that and the rest is history.
Had to be about winter 98/99.
