Scott Peck is a good read, I read “People of the Lie” years ago.

Both DH and myself have seen evil people and been through tough rough times. Makes it easier to understand that there are people who are truly evil. They lust for power and so often have wound up in big positions of authority.

I see them in 3 levels, from smaller amount of evil to most amount of evil:

1. They go for what they want and don’t notice if others are hurt.

2. They go for what they want and know that people are hurt but don’t care.

3. They go for what they want and part of what they want is to hurt people.

It is easier for me to just think back to high school...

Think about those people that wanted to be in the “Student Body Government”. Now, imagine them “All Grown up”.

It is a collection of the same self-absorbed, egotistic a$$holes

Evil: From what I’ve read, I think you have described the Clinton’s.
