Wrong. He can’t be elected President. The 22nd Amendment says nothing about being elected Vice President, or becoming president again through other means.
The most the 22nd Amendment says about Obama being eligible for Vice President (pretending for the moment hat he’s a natural born citizen) is that if he ends up becoming president through succession, he’s limited to a term of less than 2 years.
