The Dems claim that anyone running for political office is immune from investigation or prosecution. Look at Biden and his son. So if they put Biden and Clinton, or Obama and Clinton on a ticket together, they will scream political persecution.
Professor Dorf is a pompous gasbag. The language that precludes an Obama VP run is in the main body of the Constitution, Article Two I believe. ... not the 22nd Amendment. It states that no person that is not eligible to be President can serve as VP. Must be 35, a citizen, and not already have served two terms
