The farthest south I ever lived was Maryland. But I picked up the y’all. We have family in the south. I assure you I have been using y’all and all y all for along time. I also have been known to use, youse, yins, you guys and youins. Get a lot of strange looks in South Dakota. :)

I aim to please. Diversity wise. LOL :) Not really. But all y’all says so much, with so little. As do the rest, with a bonus of being gender neutral. Because in Ohio, you guys is gender neutral. Or at least it was when I grew up.
