There will be no effective or safe vaccine, but there WILL be a vaccine. No thanks.
Understood. Whether a person decides to get the vaccine or not (and I do think this is a personal decision, not subject to government edict), the fact that a vaccine exists will go along way in erasing the fear, panic and hysteria that continues to affect far too many Americans.
