I was not a big vitamin c until I started reading about it on Free Republic. I am taking C with zinc now. C has a lot of benefits...
Even drinking ice cold orange juice, really enjoying that new habit. Will see if C keeps me heathier as I age... If not the Orange Juice is very good anyway.
