Okay, I’m going to throw this out there...

If the social distancing rules are to be fully enforced, then the accused should demand a jury trial.

... and if the executive order states that gatherings must be limited to 10 or less, how do they plan on seating a jury (of 12) where the accused gets to face their accusers?
