Here's the problem with getting rid of the FBI.

The Constitution defines only three federal offenses -- treason, piracy and counterfeiting -- but it permits Congress to create further federal offenses. Over the past century, Congress has created over 10,000 federal offenses. It's been said that every American commits six federal offenses per day as part of his normal business. This permits federal law enforcers to selectively enforce the law, mostly against people they don't like for political or ethnic reasons.

These 10,000 federal offenses are why the FBI exists. Before you can get rid of the FBI, DEA, BATF and other federal law enforcement agencies, you need to repeal those 10,000 laws.

When there are enough laws, all men are criminals. Looks like we made it. I think the word is Deplorable.
