I would point out that the 5+1 powerball prevents such wheel tactics as triplets or doublets ... though the powerball itself disproportionately seems to fall in the 60s the only time I checked.

You need to double check that tip as it has been several years and ball sets do actually differ when it comes to bias (that’s another trick, correctly guessing which ball set they are gonna use). A different ball set may be currently in use in addition to them using different ball sets (or sets of sets) in rotation.

If you can import the past winning numbers and, if available, test draws into a database you can sort them. Then bring those over into a spreadsheet where each ball set has its own spreadsheet.

Prepare to be disappointed though, for a bit better than horrible odds is still pretty lame.
