Is that what is going on? I want a test to show I had the Chinese plague already. Wonder where to get one of those... At this time of year, going into summer, we will NOT need the testing. The thing should be leaving.
Am I missing some underlying reasoning?

Don't care about how many ventilators that have been made. Don't care about how many mask has been made. Don't care about how many gowns and face shields have been made. Don't care about how many tests have been conducted or how many swabs are being made.Don't care about more 'funny money' being printed and distributed.
