best part of the movie...gets this guy to admit that to power 10 homes for year...the solar “farm” would have to be 3 miles wide...and 5 miles long...hilarious.

Not an expert on solar panels, but I doubt the veracity of this conclusion. The average house uses about 11,000 kWh per year. “A 3kW solar system which consists of 12 panels can produce an average of 4,200 kWh per year. You will need a roof space of about 194 sq ft for a 3kW system.” So 36 panels would supply more than the average house requires annually. That would take only about 600 square feet.

If Moore said that it would take 15 square miles of solar panels to power 10 houses, no wonder he is so confused! But, then, he is a lib/lefty. And they think they are the “scientists.”
