Moore comes at the issue from a far-left perspective:
Michael Moore presents Planet of the Humans, a documentary that dares to say what no one else will this Earth Day that we are losing the battle to stop climate change on planet earth because we are following leaders who have taken us down the wrong road selling out the green movement to wealthy interests and corporate America. This film is the wake-up call to the reality we are afraid to face: that in the midst of a human-caused extinction event, the environmental movements answer is to push for techno-fixes and band-aids. Its too little, too late.
Removed from the debate is the only thing that MIGHT save us: getting a grip on our out-of-control human presence and consumption. Why is this not THE issue? Because that would be bad for profits, bad for business. Have we environmentalists fallen for illusions, green illusions, that are anything but green, because were scared that this is the endand weve pinned all our hopes on biomass, wind turbines, and electric cars?
So there! Have you noticed how dependent leftists and liberals are on arguments from authority these days? In their eyes, questioning alleged authority is a cardinal sin. Their fascist tendencies are shining through.
Actually, it is indisputable that wind and solar are inefficient, useless and dependent on fossil fuels to work. It is also true that we would be better off just burning the fossil fuels in the first place and not complicating the energy grid with unreliable, expensive wind and solar. If you want facts, rather than invocations of purported authority, this report is a great place to start.

Good for Michael Moore...
Not an expert on solar panels, but I doubt the veracity of this conclusion. The average house uses about 11,000 kWh per year. “A 3kW solar system which consists of 12 panels can produce an average of 4,200 kWh per year. You will need a roof space of about 194 sq ft for a 3kW system.” So 36 panels would supply more than the average house requires annually. That would take only about 600 square feet.
If Moore said that it would take 15 square miles of solar panels to power 10 houses, no wonder he is so confused! But, then, he is a lib/lefty. And they think they are the “scientists.”
I think you've got it.
Excellent. When I saw the headline I thought they had threatened to compost him.
Humans don’t cause climate changes. Humans can’t stop climate changes.
God-like as we are /s, we do have our limits!
What if this video should disappear? What will that tell you about the crazy left?
Working the servers and all to stream Netflix on a PC consumes hundreds of light bulbs in electricity.
Irony that the man who profited from selling PCs now want us to also feel guilty for using them. It is like the drug dealer blaming the drug addicted he pushed down the drain of Netflix addiction and misery. Eating cake and having it too.
Gates should be burned at the stake with his wife
“Theyd become staunch conservatives overnight.”
I don’t think so. That dark, damp dystopian future where everybody survives like some wretched Star Wars character living off the land, is exactly what they want. For us. They, of course, see themselves in a celestial Starbucks with an awesome iPhone Tweeting Marx quotes to each other.
That can wait until we're ready to compost the Sahara. /rimshot.
Just read an article stating that cell phones have as big an annual carbon footprint as two round trip international flights - per person. I believe it. Let’s see how many people will give those up.
