BTW, were you aware that the first several translation of the Greek to English interpreted apostasy as The Departure? With the enflaming passions of the reformation, it was the DR Bible which changed the interpretation, and then later the King James changed it again to read ‘falling away’, maybe to soften the splitting for the heretical Catholic Organization, perhaps?

That translation doesn't even make sense. If you accepted that translation, that passage would say "the gathering doesn't happen until the departure comes first".
