I understand the Chinese still use fossil fuels, but unfortunately they have been relying on Iran, which is teetering on the edge of economic collapse. All this Saudi oil would be a godsend to the Chinese.

Horseshit! If they are waiting to unload why are they riding so high in the water? Funny thing is that last week the story, probably the one that is true, was that they were off shore waiting to be loaded because the oil companies are running out of storage capacity.
