That is very strange....that a name from 20+ years ago would be on his check.
This whole roll out and process has been one, big boondoggle, from what I’ve heard.
Ive heard a number of stories already about this happening with the checks.
I didn’t get one for my mother but I still get other things from time to time and shes been gone 20 years too.
