I have rediscovered push ups, crunches and pull ups.

Go to military.com and look at their training plans, no gym required.

My home office is doubling as a work from home office and personal gym. It’s working out really well.

I have a set of 12 lb, 15 lb and 20 lb dumbbells.

I’m duck taping them together to create progressive weights.

My traps require 2 duck taped 15s with a 20 velcro straped to them.

For cardio I bike. Today 47+ miles avg. 17 mph.

Nobody “needs” a gym.

There are a lot of dumbbells in Congress, that are heavier than your dumbbells...AOC, Maxine Waters, and Nancy Pelosi are 3...😀
