Meet Roo, a beautiful blue-eyed tabby. Roo is blind and paralyzed in his lower legs and also diagnosed with MPS (Mucopolysaccharidosis). Despite his condition, it doesn't stop him from enjoying being a cat and being pampered by his loving owners.
