We actually do have many types of light therapies that do inject light into the body. We have LED lights that do this, Super Luminous LEDs, and cold lasers that do this, and depending on their configurations, can beam many different kinds of helpful wavelengths of light energy into the body for healing and pain relief and disease fighting reasons.
So even joking he’s not incorrect in his statement.
