Thursday night I continued to receive the “status unavailable” message. I read on the site that they would be doing updates Friday, Sat and Sun in the early hours. So Friday night I checked and it did ask those questions others have gotten before ie Adjusted Gross Income/refund or owed/etc. and finally my direct deposit info or if I wanted a paper check. My husband has earned income and I have a Civil Service Annuity. We owed and sent tax and payment for 2019 Taxes. Hopefully these nightly updates (I think they were called something else though) will help others enter the needed info to get the payments.
