3rd kill vacuumed up all PPE around the world
4th kill hoarding and using PPE as weapon to profiteer

Couldn’t get what he said exactly but he said President Trump created the most rapid industrialization mobilization in the country’s history.

I did get this quote. He went on to say “General Motors to its credit took 17 days to stand up a factory and turn out its first ventilators and we were able to deliver those ventilators off the assembly line to hospitals in Gary and Chicago within three days.”
