This executive order should stop 60/365 X 1.1 Million = 180,822 immigrants coming in on PERMANENT RESIDENT VISA also known as green card.

I would not go that far. These people coming in on Permanent visa have a straight path to citizenship and they vote. Majority are admitted by sponsoring from a relative who does not even have to be a citizen, merely a recent immigrant with green card can sponsor UNLIMITED relatives WITHOUT any test for skills or wealth.
Many of these immigrants are parents of a US permanent resident who become eligible to receive supplemental social security checks after a short waiting period, for life. And they can get medicaid benefits.
In other words we are importing lowest quality immigrants.
