In that event, they will do one of two things: (1) Stand up, or (2) Bend over.

If they stand up, reward them. If they bend over, boot them out. For too long, too many people have cowered, cringed, kowtowed, and walked on eggshells because they’re scared of — (gasp!) — being criticized.

I’ve always had great, great admiration for those who are NOT 5-letter words for “cat” beginning with “p”. :-)
