I had noted earlier Birx blinking to me could show fear. While I won’t discount her sending messages, her weird blinking during questioning could be fear of how to answer without digging herself further into lies that Trump will be aware. Her career and possibly freedom are at risk if she is exposed as intentionally defrauding America.

My theory is; she has a small explosive implant and if she doesn't blink 4000 times an hour...poof.

The thing is, the weirdest blinking that made me notice the first time was not when she was talking or even being questioned. Someone else was at the podium talking and being questioned. Viewing from the audience she was on the left side of the podium behind the speaker maybe a foot or so back. She had her head turned to her right looking down and away from the podium. I try to watch the WH Wuhan virus update daily if I can. Most of the time the camera is close on the person speaking or backed out where it shows everyone on stage. I don’t know what was going on one time when the camera zoomed in on the person speaking and zoomed in on her at the same time. It grabbed my attention immediately. At the time I thought if she got Elizabeth Warren to teach her how to send smoke signals it might be less noticeable. The blinking she does when she’s up front and center is not as wacky as what I have noticed sometimes when the focus is not on her. You wouldn’t think a polished career woman like herself would have nervous blinking spasms when she’s not even the object of attention at that time. You wouldn’t think someone that had been in the military for about 15 years making Colonel and serving as an Ambassador at Large would be so fragile developing a nervous blinking tick sometimes.
