“Looks like” is the key phrase. I didn’t say she absolutely was now did I? I don’t know what’s she’s doing but I’m not the only one that has noticed it and it is noticeable. When she’s standing up there babbling she’s not doing it. When she’s standing over to the side she’s generally not doing it. But every now and then she’s been caught blinking her eyes WEIRDLY.
Have you watched her blinking episodes and compared it to the rest of the time when she’s generally not blinking bizarrely?

I’m familiar with the POW videos. I didn’t say it couldn’t be done, only that it would be clearly noticeable as the video you linked proves.
Research has established a strong correlation between eye blink rate and cognitive processing. In essence, we blink more often when thinking than when at rest. For example, one study found “Mean BR at rest was 17 blinks/min, during conversation it increased to 26, and it was as low as 4.5 while reading.”
Blink rate variability dynamics “change under mental workload and the rate of change depends on the task, as different types of tasks engage different cognitive processes”.

This is not the one that had her blinking but from yesterday when she was asked by John Roberts about the report from CA / USC that the media was noting among themselves before the briefing (hot mic) indicates 0.1% mortality, not 3%-4% - she is very nervous, recognizing the implications. This is why I’m very interested to see how Birx & Fauci + Redfield all play out ... if the “Q” team has it all, then we have it all, and it will be interesting to see - whether they know, or not, are in on it or not ... IMO it’s very likely that Birx is on the verge of a revelation that things are not as they appeared and what the reason for that is/was. TBD + WWG1WGA :)
