QUESTION:
If the situation is so dire in HARRIS COUNTY, why does everyone have to wear a face mask EXCEPT children 10 or younger?

On the left coast here, I liked the “You’ve got to wear a mask, but by X date”...order.
Also, the number of people wearing masks with exhalation relief valves is ridiculous, and those masks entirely defeat the purpose.
