Well I’m the furthest thing from gay but Robin prancing around in that short little tunic with the tights and little boots made me feel kind of uncomfortable when I was a lad.
But no, it was high camp. It was slapstick Pow! Bam! Boom! used to appear on the screen during fights. It was 30 minute episodes. Maybe it was an ironic take on superheros and I didn’t even know it!
