Are the democrat areas more dangerous, or are the democrats padding the count - or both!?

I think it's both - more heavily concentrated urban areas, counting anything & everything as COVID-19, possibly / likely padding in all kinds of novel ways, and, even, I, personally won't outright dismiss the possibility, possibly even causing or faking deaths. These people are sick and evil ... there's no telling.
