I dont have a problem with this shooting. Cops provided warning, attempted less leathal force, perp continued to approach, one shot and perp drops the bat and then moves away.

What I DO have a problem with is the yahoos that continue to shop and do not get out of the line of fire.

Watch the video. It was a good shoot. Police gave the threatening man ample opportunity to comply, but he remained a threat. Sorry, you just don’t threaten people with a baseball bat (deadly force) and expect something bad not to happen to you.
