The lyrics to Insesatez (how insensitive) are incredibly moving. I think Sinatra did a cover of it too.
Perhaps my euphemism was too nuanced...
Imagine sitting on the terrace with a warm breeze, palms swaying, waves lapping at the shore, a Brazilian beauty cooing this song at the real original Copacabana in Rio feeling a little like James Bond. I have. It was wonderful.
The same at Hotel Tamanaco in Caracas was actually better. Argentine steaks, Cuban cigars and all the other trappings of a seductive tropical night.
Great memories of my world traveling days. I got to see and experience a lot good and not so much. I fix on the good.
