Didn’t the congress pass a “Right to Try” legislation?

They should be able to “try” before it becomes a life or death situation. If the governor cared.

there was a ‘right to try’ edict that was passed country-wide, but cumo stepped in and said “Oh no you don’t! Not in My state you don’t! You have no right to try anything unless i approve it! And I will not approve this drug for off label use unless you are in our hospitals and on ventilators, or in my very limited 1000 person clinical trial that is already full up”

I can not believe that lawyers haven’t stepped forward for families citing ‘federal right to try’
