I haven’t heard that his EO has been rescinded yet-
do you know did he mean doctors in hospitals only? and did He stipulate that htey can prescribe them at the first signs of virus when the meds do the most good?

Yes, Hannity asked Cuomo about the HCQ. Sean brought up the two hospitals where its use is widespread, one where Dr.Oz practices and a second one whose name I forget.
Sean did not ask Cuomo about his refusing its use at first, then allowing it only when the patient is near a ventilator, when it does not seem to work as well (at all?), what are the NY results of using it, etc.
Sean did specifically ask him if doctors could now get it for their patients. Cuomo said that doctors could now get a prescription for 14 days. Then he added, with regret in his tone of voice, "It's been politicized." I thought, yes, politicized by you!
