I would much rather fly with an old, seasoned geezer than with some young, arrogant, overconfident stud.
Words spoken by someone who doesn’t fly. The most cocky, arrogant people I know are older pilots with 12k hours. Complacent. Cocky.
But let’s be real... you don’t fly, much less hardly ever leave the house.
