Super beets as a source?
There are several food groups on the plus side of Nitrate Oxide: garlic, dark chocolate, beets, leafy greens, citrus fruits, pomegranate, and nuts.
Not enough science or facts to make any rational thoughts. There are high risk problems which hurt your odds the other way: diabetes, COPD, asthma, liver ailments, etc.
Course, some folks (seen in Europe) say that this was like a regular flu to them. Maybe they had the higher rate of Nitric Oxide and zero risk problems.
On pomegranate, lot of folks have never even tried it.
