That is not the first video to come out of Ecuador, a few days ago on this thread there was a news article and video from a mainstream source talking about the coroners not being able to get to all the bodies, so they were being left on the street.
Whether this particular video is legit, I dont know, but I do know their msm, govt and people with family in the area all agree the body in the street thing is happening.
A suggestion. If you live in a county with 100 or more cases, it might be a good idea to turn on the scanner and listen to what is going on. Most areas are available at broadcastify.com. After a while, you get a good idea of how they treat potential covid cases.
My county was all secretive, now are like difficulty breathing, tested positive for covid. They will always call a medcon for a potential covid case and they always decontaminate the ambulance after. We have 300 cases in our county. 1/3 of the calls are difficulty breathing/high temp at a nursing home. Every home around me has at least one case.
There has been several person down calls this week that end up signal 48 (coroner). That is unusual. Ive listened to the scanner for years, and wed get a death a week. Now its a couple a day. And most of the people calling in the person down are refusing to do CPR. Thats also new.
