All he has said he will do is to relinquish the rotating mayoral title. He said a lot more than that when he compared Trump Supporters to KKK. Good riddance to this nasty stench.

You missed my point, and it’s because I was unclear: he’s going to remain on the Council; they take turns being Mayor. His stench isn’t going anywhere
