Creating chaos to throw the US into tyranny and hopefully defeat Trump and the GOP once and for all with a Weapon of Mass Economic Destruction (WMED) that sounds more from the Dem playbook, as they are the only ones I figure have anything to gain out of this.

China saw a future of tariffs and balanced fair trade with Trump. The re-emergence of American military power across all spectrums. Defeating him in November was to their advantage.
