He starred in one of the best episodes of any of the crime drama shows I’ve ever seen. He played a good/bad guy in “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2007)”
Was Season 8, Episode 10: “Scheherazade.”
He was the bad guy sheriff in the first Rambo.
Most recently on “The Blacklist” TV show.

In Broad Daylight....He played a real life scum and did it very well.
Had the fortune to meet him at the west L. A. Palm Restaurant in 2000. He was as nice and charismatic as he was large; he truly was the Callahan character!
He was Chevy Chase’s detective partner in “Foul Play.”
RIP.
He was the bad guy in the first RAMBO movie and the bad sheriff in one of my favorite westerns: SILVERADO

Rest in peace, this guy was one of the best actors ever, in my opinion, because he was always believable as the character he was portraying.

It's easy to get them confused. Also, Kenneth McMillan who died even further back. Beefy Irish-American character actors.
Just read about the stolen valor, very disappointing to say the least.
