Size wise he’s about what hubby was before we started the l/c stuff.
Hubby still has asthma though. perhaps not as bad as before.
My hubby wasn’t that overweight, but I was at my heaviest. My BMI is 26 now and A1C is good. I didn’t do keto like my husband, but I did low carb.
