I don't like that decode for the reason that, in the past, the spelling errors or highlighted things are processed in sequence and the decoder had to shift order to arrive at "VIVA" or "VIVE" (to live????) ... in any event, what I find for IVVE appears relevant but I've not yet dug any further than discovering this:
