Who will receive the Economic Impact Payment automatically without taking additional steps?

Most eligible U.S. taxpayers will automatically receive their Economic Impact Payments including:

Individuals who receive Social Security retirement, disability (SSDI), or survivor benefits

Individuals who receive Railroad Retirement benefits

I haven’t gone to the form yet but the directions for non filers make it seem like if you do/did not file a 1040, (or other tax forms), lately you will need to fill out the form. I haven’t filed since 2011 because I have only my Navy retirement and Social Security benefits. The wife also receives Social Security and I have one minor dependent.
