If the bodies were found in a house or nursing home, why would a hospital get anything? That’s what was added to the count: Bodies found outside a hospital setting.
That is why I listed two motivations for the revisions - 1. Hospital money and 2. Justifying the lockdown. One is a private sector motivation and one is a public sector motivation. Plenty of motivation for corruption.
