Is this Megxit Mansion? Estate agent claims Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could buy Mel Gibson's £12million Malibu home - which comes with TWO pools and exclusive beach club membership

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly bought Mel Gibson's £12million ($15million) mansion in Malibu. The royal couple moved to California from Vancouver at the end of last month and were said to be interested in the five-bedroom home. In a now deleted Instagram post, local LA estate agent Andrea Pilot last week posted 'Big news Prince Harry & Meghan buy Mel Gibson's house.' The firm selling the property have not confirmed news of a royal purchase, but a source claimed to the Sun the property, in one of Los Angeles' glitziest enclaves, had been sold.

Interesting comment. Harry hasn’t been known for being super-intelligent, and he’s been around celebrity types all his life, and supposedly thought an actress as a wife would have been able to handle the publicity pressure better than his late mother did. But he has managed to marry the weirdest chick imaginable.

She could have handled the royal work if she wanted to, but she doesn’t like following other people’s rules and wouldn’t do it. That’s my feeling.

She apparently invited Reese Witherspoon to her wedding and Reese says she turned her down saying “I don’t know who you are.” I’ll give Reese credit for that. But who does that...invite total strangers to your wedding and ignore almost the entirety of your family? I still can’t get over it.

As for Harry, he always looks like thunder now, with snarly looks in photos, etc. She certainly did not bring out the best in him.

Harry will eventually regret having ever set eyes on this showbiz gold digger. But when it happens will his father (or grandmother) take him back?

Wel, they’re going to have to work at least 15 “ charity gigs’” a year to cover that. About a milion a pop for them to show up at a gig, pose for pictures, give a 45 minute speech, and beg people to contribute money to stop global warming

I know a real estate broker who deals in Brentwood and Beverly Hills. He tells me that a lot of the movie stars and recording stars lose their asses on expensive real estate. They will buy a house for several million dollars and sell it for millions less than they paid for it. Meghan and Harry are getting in at the top of the market. Look out below!!

No idea what their tax situation is but you’d think they would be better off leasing for a few years. The chances of appreciation in the next 24 months aren’t too high I’d think.

To be honest, I’m not elitist enough to enjoy living there. I would feel like I was visiting a motel. I’m just a plain old person who enjoys life, not fanciness.

It’s a horrible house. Plywood floors in the gym. The real floors are equally horrible. The dining room flooring needs to be sanded and restained. High heels will get snagged on it so they better have good home insurance for falls. Same hazards with the ill grouted bathroom tile floor. Didn’t travertine go out in the 90s? High heels hazard on the Spanish tile in the sun room and the slate on the patio. The bedroom floor has gaps between the boards and they’re warping. The cozy nook’s floor has been badly repaired with random wood and non matching stain. Every room appears to have a different flooring. That’ll all have to be ripped out for better flow and safety.

The living room only has seating for 5 which wouldn’t be nearly enough to host any party. It is also too close to the dining room to the living room for LA wining and dining.

Good thing she’ll have servants because hauling her new shoes from the garage to the house will be a royal pain. Again, those servants will spend most of their time scrubbing cooking grease off all those rocks in the kitchen and dusting all the rocks elsewhere.

Ugh, that yard looks snake-y. First time Archie tosses a ball, it’s going down the hill. Hope he doesn’t follow it. Hope they also install safety fences around the pools.

That house is just a big fat no.

She had no friends to invite. Notice about all she had on her side were Oprah and George who only showed up for the cameras. No one else. That was very telling.

And to continue about that dump, the bathroom sink doesn’t have a place for so much as a toothbrush. Why do people insist on pedestal sinks? One would think, in a multi million dollar house, the toilet wouldn’t be under your nose as you’re bathing.

The master (?) bath is also horrible on top of that flooring. Yeah, I want to see the sink plumbing in the mirror. That’s real class. Again, the sink has nowhere to put anything. No drawer for your hairbrush, a bottle of aspirin, an extra toothpaste or anything.

Every window is a different style so they’ll all have to be ripped out and replaced.

And don’t get me started on the zero elbow room around the stove. No room for pot handles but that’s the servants’ problem. Archie is going to fall off those high stools at the bar and the first time he puts a glass on the higher section, it’ll fall off onto the lower and MEghan will have a mess to clean up.

Yep, a total gut job on that place. Maybe just bulldoze it.

In this case it’s free money so why should these two morons care what anything costs?
