A new Microsoft commercial promoting its premiere virtual reality headgear featured the queen of occult symbolism and Spirit Cooking priestess known as Marina Abramovic.

Adrenochrome.
I don’t see how Microsoft thinks this will help their corporate image or drive sales.
This will be a negative blot on them forever.
Very poor judgement.
At some point yesterday, before they made the video private, it had approximately 500 likes versus 19,000 dislikes.
Yep that is why they have the comments blocked. They do not want people to figure it out. The give away is the comments are blocked.
Reminds me of Twitter. You have people like Hillary that has millions of followers. However, when she tweets, there are hardly any retweets compared to her number of followers.
It is the same for many others that buy their followers. All you have to do is look at how many retweets. The bots do not retweet.
Let’s just say it is about pretending that it is about pretend cannibilism, so, yes.
I’ve seen it- it’s pretty awesome VR and DOES NOT ‘suck’
Microsoft has a history of buying superior products and taking over. I can’t wait to see the next version.
I’m enrolled in their VR program and made suggestions. I think the next HOLOLENS version is going to be way cool. The first version was pretty cool. I’ve seen it personally.
Do they identify her?
Or is it a ‘hidden message’ in that only people who know who she is would recognize her and get the picture? (that Microsoft is down with that stuff)
Hololens is not VR, it’s augmented reality. I agree that the Hololens is exciting technology. Microsoft’s Virtual Reality offerings, also known as “Windows Mixed Reality” are crap. Its two camera inside-out tracking system is practically useless and far inferior to what Oculus has come up with.
The video was disabled.
