I have some family members in the ‘health food’ business and for decades, I’ve been taking a lot of things that concentrate on some specific things that I need to be concerned about. So far so good... haven’t been sick for a long long time...
Back in March, I sent this link out and asked them to comment on it.

They got back to me and said it was a good list but this is the one that they were using because they knew and respected what Dr. Rona had to say about it.
A quick review shows that there is a lot of overlap in the two lists and in the end, I see little harm in ‘doing them all’. Beyond that, the East Virginia Medical School regiment specifically mentions Quercetin which is a flavonol .. a sub-category of flavonoids. There are endless fruits and vegetables that have it in abundance. A list can be found here... https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/324170
There’s a doctor from Texas A&M that gives daily Facebook updates on the Corona virus.
He’s saying to take quercitin, zinc, melatonin, and vitamin C. He’s says to take vitamin D if you are deficient, but says to stop vitamin D if you get sick. The vitamin D can contribute to going into a cytokene storm.
He’s been great to follow.
