“Limited to 25 mph”, but using the same roads as the real cars.
Hopefully the “Homeless” will raid them often enough for this bad idea to be abandoned quickly.
Send them to an ‘immigrant’ neighborhood and they’ll be stripped bare in 5 minutes.
