Based on having to be weened off after years on it, I'm pretty sure that's a yes but if your on for less than the 6 months it took to Kick-in, my guess is no.

While I was in it the only side effect we had to watch for was some sort of hardening of the back wall if my eyes. So I had to get a pressure test along with whatever else they did to make sure it wasn't causing damage to my eye site at my annual eye exam.
