It struck me that as soon as Trump begins to seriously speak of opening the country again, China begins to talk about a second wave. This allows the DS to scream that Trump is risking lives. Almost sounds planned. Maybe they can intentionally spread this virus or maybe they have a more deadly version in the wings.

President Trump needs eyes & ears in certain locations in order to stymie the DS & China, (plus those two’s fellow travelers), and head any of that sort of stuff off at the pass.
