Now he’s alternating between talking about Q in the third person and referring to Q as ‘we’. I bet you he doesn’t even realizing he’s doing it. (e.g. saying “Q had to do such and such”, not “I had to do such and such.”)

He started posting on twitter about, I don’t know, 3 to 4 weeks ago? First he just claimed to be an insider then began claiming he was Q. When people challenged him he started getting nasty, waving guns around and threatening people. Then he got arrested last week.
