I don’t doubt it’s been sold but don’t know why an NDA that may be in place would ever expire, unless one or both parties to the sale want it to. Most private business sales remain private forever without any NDA being involved, just because the parties don’t think it’s anyone’s business.

Elias, among other things, is known for his role hiring private research firm Fusion GPS to probe Donald Trump during the 2016 campaign – efforts which resulted in the discredited anti-Trump dossier.
